Directions

Take some dripping from standing rib roast in a nice sturdy pan. Keep it the oven for heating at 350 degrees.

In a separate bowl take some flour, ½ cup milk and whisk them together. Add a ¼ tsp of salt and mix.

Then whip one egg separately in a small bowl. Pour it in the flour batter and whisk them all together.

Take out the hot dripping from the oven ad pour the batter into the hot dripping.

Place the pan back into the oven.

And the Yorkshire pudding is ready for serving.
