yorkshire pudding Recipe
Yorkshire Pudding,as the name suggests originated in Yorkshire but is very popular all over UK.It is essentially made with batter & served with beef,chicken or any dish with gravy.

Ingredients
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. oil
Directions
In a bowl beat flour, salt, eggs, milk together until very smooth, scraping bowl occasionally. Refrigerate for 2 hours atleast. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Pour oil in a square Pyrex pan. Heat it for 2 minutes & pour batter into the pan,bake for 20-30 minutes.Once done serve immediately.
