Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 eggs
 
1 c. milk
 
1/2 tsp. salt
 
1 c. flour

Directions

1. Sift flour and salt. Add milk gradually to form smooth paste.
2. Add eggs and beat 2 mins. with a dover beater.
3. Cover the bottom of hot pan with beet fat from the roast. Pour flour mixture into an 8"x8" pan. Bake in a hot oven.
4. Cut in squares or wedges for serving. Note: Individual muffin pans may be used. Heat pans and fill not more than half full.
