Scottish Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

Yorkshire Pudding, is not a dish in itself, but a very traditional accompaniment to Scottish Roast Beef. In fact, these puddings are flavored with the drippings of the roasting beef and while being baked then eaten as an accompaniment.

Recipe Story

As simple as the recipe might seem to you, it is quite trickier in implementation. I have myself failed a quite a many times creating this simple dish, thus ruining the entire presentation of the roast beef. After, spending time churning out a proper batter and lots of trial, that I was able to make the dish properly quite consistently. I f you want to take my word, focus on the batter!!!
