Yorkshire Pudding Recipe
This yorkshire pudding recipe is an egg pudding recipe. Prepared with added flour and milk, the yorkshire pudding is a baked pudding and can be served along with steak and vegetables.
Ingredients
2 eggs
Salt
1 cup milk
Beef drippings
1 cup flour
Directions
Heat an 8 X 10 inch baking pan in the oven, then pour in 1/4 cup beef drippings.
Move the pan back and forth until the bottom is well covered.
Beat the eggs until very light and fluffy, then beat in the milk and flour, a little at a time.
Add a generous pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons beef drippings.
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake in a preheated 450° oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350°, and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until pudding is puffy and delicately browned.
