Hot Roast Yorkshire Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 eggs, well-beaten | ||
| 1 c. bottled milk or 1/2 c. evaporated milk and 1/2 c. water | ||
Directions
When roast, is done, remove from oven and keep warm.
Pour 1/4 c-hot drippings from pan in which roast beef was roasted into a loaf pan 11"x7'x1 1/2".
Sift flour and salt together.
Gradually stir in the combined eggs and milk, then beat with an egg beater until smooth.
Pour into the loaf pan and bake in a hot oven of 450°F for 25-30 min.
Cut in squares and serve at once with hot roast.
