Yorkshire Pigs Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 lb. Economy Pure Pork Sausage
Directions
Brown the pork sausage, drain off all but 2 tablespoons of the fat.
Mix eggs and milk; add the mixture to flour and salt and beat well with a rotary egg beater until it's smooth.
Pour over sausages, and bake in hot oven (400° F.) for about 30 minutes.
