Yorkshire Lamb Hot Pot Recipe
Ingredients

| Butter | 3 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| White onions | 12 Small | |
| Potatoes | 12 Small | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sherry | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Teaspoon, minced | |
Directions
Brown chops in 11/2 tablespoons butter; add onions, potatoes, 4 cups water, salt and pepper.
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Arrange chops, onions and potatoes on hot platter.
Blend flour and 2 tablespoons water.
Add to pan liquid, stirring constantly, over high heat until thickened.
Add remaining butter and sherry, stirring well.
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
