Yorkshire Burger Recipe
Ingredients

| Egg | 1 | |
| Lean ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Onion soup mix package | 1 | |
| 1/4 cup soda cracker crumbs | ||
| Catsup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon pepper Topping | ||
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup Pillsbury's Best All Purpose Flour | ||
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Gravy salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 package Pillsbury Brown Gravy Mix | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Meatballs: Beat egg in bowl, add ground beef, onion soup mix, cracker crumbs, catsup and pepper.
Blend well.
Form into 16 meatballs.
Place in a greased 8 or 9-inch square baking dish.
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
Topping: Beat eggs and milk together in mixing bowl with a rotary beater.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat only until smooth.
Pour batter over meatballs.
Bake at 425° for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
