Yogurt-Spinach Soup Recipe
This yogurt spinach soup is a healthy soup prepared with spinach and plain yogurt. Non cooked the yogurt spinach soup is made with chicken boillon and flavored with dill and chives and is best served with lemon slices as garnish.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon instant chicken bouillon crystals
1 10-ounce package frozen spinach thawed and drained
2 8-ounce containers plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 tablespoon chopped chives Lemon slices for garnish
Directions
Combine water and crystals in blender; add spinach and blend.
Add remaining ingredients, except lemon slices; blend thoroughly.
Chill 1 hour.
Garnish with lemon slices.
