Yogurt Fruit Shake Recipe
This yogurt fruit shake is a easy to prepare healthy and delicious shake that can be prepared and enjoyed anytime. Made with a medley of fruits like mango, pineapple, strawberries and banana, this fruit shake is served chilled and can also be prepared with seasonal fruits.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup halved strawberries 125 mL
1/2 cup cubed mango 125 mL
1/2 cup cubed pineapple 125 mL
1/2 cup unflavoured yogurt, fruit juice 125 mL
or milk
1 cup ice 250 mL
Directions
Peel and break banana into blender.
Add strawberries, mango, pineapple and yogurt and puree.
Add ice and blend until ice is very fine and drink is very frothy.
Serve in tall glasses with straws.
