Ingredients

 
2 egg whites
 
2 egg yolks
 
1/3 cup sugar
 
1/2 tsp vanilla
 
Two 6-oz. cartons plain yogurt
 
1 pt. strawberries, washed and hulled

Directions

Beat egg whites to soft peaks.
Beat egg yolks, sugar and vanilla until thick and lemon colored.
Fold egg yolk mixture into yogurt (if yogurt has separated a little pour thin liquid off).
Fold in egg whites.
Put strawberries into 4 serving dishes.
Spoon about 1/2 cup of yogurt mixture over each serving.
