Crust
 
1 1/4 cups graham-cracker crumbs
 
1/4 cup sugar
 
1/4 cup softened butter or margarine
 
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
Filling
 
12 ounces ricotta or farmer cheese
 
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
 
3 tablespoons honey
 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Combine crust ingredients; press evenly into 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 375 °F 5 minutes; cool.
Beat cheese well.
Add yogurt a little at a time; mix well.
Stir in honey and vanilla.
Pour into pie shell; refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
