 Plain yogurt1 Quart
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Cheese

Directions

Stir salt into yogurt and pour into sieve lined with double layer of cheesecloth.
Sieve is placed over bowl to make it easy to gather up ends of cheesecloth for tying and hanging over faucet of kitchen sink.
Let drain overnight.
In the morning, empty cheese into dish, cover and refrigerate.
Makes 2 cups soft cheese.
