Yogurt Sugar Pie Recipe
Yogurt Sugar Pie is easy to make recipe. Yogurt Sugar Pie gets its taste from pie crust filled with yoghurt and eggs, flavored with vanilla. Yogurt Sugar Pie is inspired by many bakeries around the world.
Ingredients
2 9 inch pie crusts
1 3/4 cups brown sugar
1 cup plain yogurt
4 tsp all purpose flour
4 tsp butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs, beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
Line a pie pan with crust.
Set aside.
In a bowl, mix brown sugar and yogurt.
Set aside.
In a second bowl, mix flour, butter, egg and vanilla extract.
Blend into first mixture.
Pour into crust.
Cover with remaining crust.
Make a few incisions into top to let cooking steam escape.
Brush with beaten eggs.
Bake in oven 50 minutes or so.
