Yogurt Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 bunch scallions, chopped with some green
2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill weed
1 pound whole wheat noodles, spaghetti, or macaroni
Directions
1. Heat the oil in a medium-sized skillet and saute the garlic and seal-lions until tender but not browned.
2. Stir in the yogurt, walnuts, salt, pepper, parsley, and dill. Reheat while stirring but do not boil.
