Yogurt Pineapple Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup plain unflavored yogurt | ||
| 1 cup canned crushed pineapple, no sugar added | ||
| Artificial sweetener to equal 4 teaspoons sugar | ||
| 4 mint sprigs | ||
Directions
Place yogurt in freezer tray; freeze until soft crystals form.
Remove from freezer and transfer to bowl; beat well.
Add fruit and sweetener; stir to combine.
Return mixture to freezer tray; refreeze until soft crystals form.
Remove from freezer and transfer to bowl; beat well and return to freezer.
When chilled to firm consistency, divide evenly into 4 sherbet glasses.
Garnish with mint.
