Yogurt Molds Recipe

| 2 env. flavored gelatin | ||
| Water | 3 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cup nonfat plain yogurt, chilled | ||
| Strawberry | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Almond extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In the top of a double boiler, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it stand for 1-5 minutes, until softened.
Stir until dissolved.
Heat over boiling water.
Whisk into the yogurt.
Add strawberry and almond extracts.
Mix well.
Then pour into individual dessert dishes.
Chill until set.
