Ingredients

 2 env. flavored gelatin
 Water3 Teaspoon
 2 cup nonfat plain yogurt, chilled
 Strawberry2 Teaspoon
 Almond extract1 Teaspoon

Directions

In the top of a double boiler, sprinkle the gelatin over the water and let it stand for 1-5 minutes, until softened.
Stir until dissolved.
Heat over boiling water.
Whisk into the yogurt.
Add strawberry and almond extracts.
Mix well.
Then pour into individual dessert dishes.
Chill until set.
