Yogurt Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 2- to 3-pound frying chicken, cut into serving pieces | ||
| Ground pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger root | 1/2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Plain yogurt | 1 1/2 Pint | |
Directions
Rub chicken pieces with pepper and ginger.
Cook chicken in 1/2 cup butter over medium heat, turning often, until chicken is browned and tender.
Blend together remaining butter and yogurt.
Spoon over chicken; reduce heat and simmer until sauce is heated through.
