 Natural yogurt5 Ounce
 Caster sugar10 Ounce
 Plain flour10 Ounce
 Baking powder1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 To taste
 Eggs2 Small
 Corn oil5 Tablespoon
 Rum2 Tablespoon
 Icing Sugar1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 350°F , also grease and survey the tin

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, pour the yogurt and sugar, beat it properly. Scatter the flour and baking powder along with a pinch of salt, then put the eggs in the bowl and beat the ingreeints together along with oil and rum. Now add this mixture to the yogurt along with the flour mixture.
3. On the tin, pour the mixture and bake for 60-100 minutes cover top with foil after 45 minutes
4. Take out the cake from the oven, take a knife and run it round the edge of the cake, place the cake on to a wire rack and let it cool
5. Place the cake and on top of it scatter the icing sugar
6. Cut cake into 10 slices

SERVING
7. Serve with cherry jam
