 Lean ground beef1/2 pound
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 All purpose flour1 Teaspoon
 Plain yogurt1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Worcestershire sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 2 individual French rolls
 Tomato1 Medium, sliced
 American Cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded

Directions

Cook beef, pepper, onion, and garlic till meat is browned.
Drain off fat.
Stir flour into yogurt; stir yogurt mixture, Worcestershire, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash pepper into meat mixture.
Heat through; do not boil.
Slice rolls in half lengthwise.
Place cut side up on baking sheet.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 2 minutes or till toasted.
Spread 1/4 of the meat mixture atop each roll half.
Place a tomato slice atop each.
Place on baking sheet; broil 3 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese atop; broil 2 minutes more.
