Yogurt And Orange Whip Recipe
Ingredients
| Medium oranges - 8 | ||
| Clear honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Natural yogurt | 600 Milliliter | |
| Walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts - 4 tablespoons, chopped | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 Peel the oranges, and remove as much white pith as possible.
2 Reserving about 2 tablespoons of the orange rind, chop it finely.
3 Keep aside.
4 Using a sharp knife, chop the orange flesh into small pieces.
5 In a liquidiser, put the orange flesh along with honey and yogurt.
6 Liquidise at high speed for about 20 seconds, or until the ingredients are well combined.
7 Into six individual glass serving dishes or stemmed glasses, pour the prepared mixture.
8 Place in the refrigerator and allow to chill for at least 2 hours.
SERVING
9 Serve, sprinkled with the nuts and reserved orange rind.
