Ingredients

 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Yellow onion1 Medium, chopped
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Yogurt1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs8 Small
 Pepper1

Directions

Saute the garlic and onions in 1 tablespoon olive oil until the onion is clear.
Add the yogurt to the pan, stir, and remove from the heat.
In another frying pan heat the remaining olive oil and add the eggs.
Pour the yogurt and onion mixture over the top of the eggs.
Add pepper.
Cover, and cook the eggs to taste.
