Ingredients

 
1 1/2 cups Jersey Farms Yoghourt
 
1/2 cup salad dressing
 
1 teaspoon dry mustard
 
1 tablespoon horseradish
 
2 tablespoons chili sauce
 
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
 
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
 
1 clove garlic, chopped

Directions

Blend all together and let stand at least 2 hours before serving.
Variations: 2 ozs.
Roquefort cheese may be added.
For clam dip add 1 small can minced clams, well drained.
Finely chopped smoked oysters may be added to the basic recipe.
Add finely chopped parsley, chopped chives and wine vinegar and 2 tablespoons anchovy paste and you have Green Goddess Dip.
Any of these combinations make a delicious potato chip dip.
