Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup thinly sliced celery
1 1/2 cups water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3/4 teaspoon salt
8 small fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cups cooked diced turkey
Directions
1. In a 2-quart casserole, cook butter 30 to 45 seconds. Add flour; blend until smooth. Stir in onion, celery, water, bouillon cubes, and salt.
2. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, until mixture thickens. Stir once halfway through cooking.
3. Add mushrooms and turkey; stir to blend.
4. Cook, covered, 3 to 4 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
