Yeoul Mu Kimchi Recipe Video
Ingredients
Young summer radishes- 2 bunches, peeled
Coarse salt - tablespoons
Red bell pepper – 2, thinly sliced
Green onion- 6, cut 4 inches long
Ginger – 2 tablespoons, minced
Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
Fish Sauce – ½ cup
All purpose flour – 2 tablespoons
Water – 2 cups
Red pepper flakes – 3 tablespoons
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Cut the radish in to half and then into 5 inch pieces.
2) Wash them under running cold water.
3) Coat the radishes evenly with salt and leave them for 45 minutes.
4) Wash and drain them.
MAKING
5) In a saucepan mix water and flour and heat stirring constantly until it comes to boil.
6) Turn off heat and let it cool.
7) Add red pepper flakes, garlic, ginger, garlic, fish sauce to the flour mixture and mix well.
8) Strain the mixture and combine it with radishes.
9) Add bell pepper and green onions to the mixture.
10) Place the mixture in a glass container and leave it for 3 days on room temperature. Then refrigerate it.
SERVING
