Japanese Yellow Tail Teriyaki Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon (Marinade:) | |

| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon (Marinade:) | |
| Grated ginger | 2 Teaspoon (Marinade:) | |
| 4 yellowtail fillets (about 1/4 lb / 115 g each) | ||
| Flour for dusting over fillets | ||
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon (Marinade:) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon (Teriyaki sauce:) | |
| Sake | 3 Tablespoon (Teriyaki sauce:) | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon (Teriyaki sauce:) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, add the marinade ingredients, blend well.
2) In a flat dish, marinate the fillets for about 30 min, lightly dust with the flour, reserve the marinade.
MAKING
3) In a frying pan with heated vegetable oil lay the fillets and cook over medium heat for about 2 min on each side.
4) In a saucepan, add the teriyaki sauce ingredients and the reserved marinade, blend well and allow to boil.
FINALIZING
5) Lay the fillets on individual serving dishes, pour over the teriyaki sauce on each fillet.
SERVING
6) Serve immediately.
