 Yellow Tomatoes- 1pound or Yellow plum tomatoes- 1 pint, seeded and diced
 Serrano Chilles- 2nos, seeded and finely diced
 Yello bell pepper- 2 tablespoons, finely diced
 Mango3 Tablespoon, finley diced
 Orange juice2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1 In a large mixing bowl put all the ingredients, and mix well.
2) Taste for seasoning, adjust if needed.
