Yellow Angel Food Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Egg yolks | 12 | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Flour | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 t. lemon flavoring | ||
| Warm water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Tablespoon | |
| Baking powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2 t. vanilla flavoring | ||
Directions
Beat egg yolks, water and salt until thick; add sugar gradually.
Then add flour, baking powder and flavoring.
Pour into angel cake pan and bake 60 minutes at 325°.
