 2 cups compressed yeast, or 2 tablespoons dry active yeast
 1 cup milk, heated to lukewarm
 2 eggs, lightly beaten
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 Honey2 Tablespoon
 Yellow cornmeal1
 Whole wheat flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 3 tablespoons brewer's yeast

Directions

1. Soften the compressed or dry active yeast in the milk. Blend in the remaining ingredients. Turn into a buttered 8-inch-square pan. Cover and set in a warm place to rise until almost doubled, about 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
3. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the bread is done.
