Yankee Red Flannel Hash Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups finely chopped cooked corned beef | ||
| 3 cups finely chopped cooked potatoes | ||
| 1 1/2 cups finely chopped cooked or canned beets | ||
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Few drops Tabasco sauce | ||
| Fat | 4 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Lightly toss together all ingredients except fat; season to taste.
Melt fat in skillet; spread hash evenly over bottom.
Cook over medium heat till underneath side is brown and crusty.
