Yankee Red Flannel Hash Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 cups diced cooked potatoes
1 16-ounce can diced beets, drained
1 12-ounce can corned beef, chilled and diced
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
Directions
In 2 1/2 -quart casserole, cook onion and butter at HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or till tender, stirring once.
Stir in potatoes, beets, corned beef, milk, salt, and hot pepper sauce.
Cook, covered, at HIGH for 8 to 9 minutes or till hot, stirring once.
