Yankee Bean Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Seasoned salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Refried beans | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Green chilies | 1 , chopped | |
| 2 cup mild picante sauce | ||
| Cheddar Cheese | 2 Pound, grated | |
Directions
Brown ground beef and chopped onion.
Drain off fat.
Add spices, beans, chilies and picante sauce.
Heat thoroughly (either in a pot on a burner or in a crock-pot).
Add in 1 pound Cheddar cheese and stir into mixture.
Top with remaining cheese.
