 1 pound cooked lean beef, diagonally cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
 Green pepper1 To taste, cut into thin strips
 Radishes1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Bamboo shoots1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Lime juice3 Tablespoon
 Tamari soy sauce1 Teaspoon
 Honey1 Teaspoon
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Lettuce leaves4

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the beef, peppers, radishes, and bamboo shoots.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, tamari, honey, and garlic.
Pour over the meat mixture and toss until all pieces are coated.
Arrange lettuce on a platter and mound meat mixture over it.
