Ingredients

 Prepare your favorite single 9" crust. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes.
 Mix in a blender until smooth
 2 CUPS PUREED COOKED YAMS
 Tofu1 Pound (THE FILLING)
 Orange juice1 Cup (16 tbs) (THE FILLING)
 Butter1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (THE FILLING)
 Honey1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (THE FILLING)
 1/4 CUP LIGHT MOLASSES
 Eggs2 (THE FILLING)
 1 1/2 TSP. GRATED LEMON RIND
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (THE FILLING)
 Nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon (THE FILLING)
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon (THE FILLING)

Directions

Turn into the pie shell or a lightly oiled 9" baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 - 40 minutes or until set. Chill thoroughly.
