Directions

In a large skillet, brown sausages; remove from skillet. In the same skillet, combine gelatin with water, brown sugar, margarine, onion, mustard, lemon peel and juice, salt, and pepper. Heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is boiling. Add yams and pineapple. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 15 minutes. Add sausages and cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley or chopped green pepper and serve.
