Directions
1. In a pot, pour some water, pop the sweet potato inside and let it cook for 10 minutes.
2. Lay the bread on a dish, place the onion ring on it and place the tomato slice over the onion ring.
3. Place the fresh Avocado over it topped with the sweet potato slices and chopped lettuce.
4. Slather some hummus on the other slice and spread it evenly and place it on top of the other layer.
SERVING
5. Serve this sandwich as a snack.
