Yam Kofta Recipe

Ingredients
| Yam | 250 Gram | |
| 1/2 teaspoon caraway and cardamom seed powder | ||
| 1 big potato | ||
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 green chilli, chopped fine | ||
| Cumin seeds | 1 Teaspoon, powdered | |
| Bread slice | 1 , soaked | |
| Any basic curry | ||
Directions
Cut the yam into small pieces and boil.
Boil the potato separately.
Squeeze out the water from the bread.
When the yam and potato have cooled, mash them, add the spices, salt and bread.
Shape the mixture into koftas and deep fry them.
Just before serving pour hot curry over them.
