most of the people dont like yam. to make people eat yam this is a very good and tasty way..... believe me it spicy and yummy!!

Ingredients

 Yam/About 3-4 cms thick1 , washed and sliced to around 4-5 slices
 Semolina1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Chilli powder To Taste
 Salt To Taste
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon

Directions

marinate yam with chilli pwd , salt and lemon juice for 15 mins.
after that heat a pan. coat the yam with semolina and shallow fry in oil untill cooked.
