XXX Spicy and Sweet Wings Recipe Video

| Chicken wing | 16 | |

| Bbq hot sauce | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Scallion | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| Sesame seed | 1 Teaspoon |

Directions
1. For marinade, in a bowl mix together sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Whisk.
2. Pour marinade over chicken wings. Mix to coat, and pop it in refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
3. Remove from refrigerator, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Place it under the broiler, and cook for 15 minutes. You can also grill chicken wings.
5. Baste chicken wings with hot sauce.
6. Place it under broiler again for 5 minutes.
7. Remove from oven, apply hot sauce again and cook for another 6 minutes.
SERVING
8. Sprinkle scallions, and sesame seeds on top, and serve chicken wings immediately.
TIPS
Chicken wings will caramelize very fast because hot sauce has sugar content.
