Xmas Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup finely grated raw carrots
1 cup grated raw potatoes
1 cup sultanas
1 cup toasted, chopped almonds
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tspn. Bi-carb.
1/4-lb. melted butter
1/4-tspn. cloves
1/4-cup lemon juice
1 cup flour
1 tspn, baking powder
1 cup brown sugar
1/4-tspn. nutmeg
1/2-tspn. cinnamon
Directions
Mix the ingredients as listed above and steam in a greased mould, covered with greaseproof paper and a clean cloth, for 2 hours.
