Shrimp Delight Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 1 Ige. Can mushrooms | ||
| 1 can Cheddar cheese soup | ||
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 lb, cooked shrimp | ||
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cooking sherry | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
If fresh mushrooms are used, cook till tender.
In a saucepan add cheddar cheese soup and enough milk to make soup creamy.
Add cooked shrimp, mushrooms, green pepper, salt and pepper.
Simmer slowly over low heat.
Just before serving, add cooking sherry; stir gently through casserole mixture.
Serve in patty shells, on toast points or with rice.
