Wunder Bar Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Vanilla | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups Gold Medal Flour | ||
| Light cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, coarsely chopped | ||
Directions
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla together.
Measure flour by dipping method or by sifting.
Stir in flour alternately with cream.
Blend in nuts.
Chill dough thoroughly.
Heat oven to 350°
Shape in 1" balls.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake about 20 min., or until lightly browned.
