Raw Vegetable Sandwich Wrap Recipe Video
This video shows a breakfast recipe for a relaxed Saturday morning. This is another raw food, healthy recipe. You can add any ingredients and stuffing to the sandwich.
Ingredients
2 Chard leaves
1 avocado
Strips of asparagus
Mushrooms
Ground pepper
Broccoli sprouts
Raw walnuts
Directions
Lay chard leaves and scoop out 1/2 avocado over it.
Place some asparagus strips, mushrooms, pepper, broccoli sprouts.
Top it with grated raw walnuts.
Wrap the Swiss chard leaf by topping the other leaf over it. Roll the two leaves and chop from middle.
Serve it with any fruit juice of your choice.
