Wow! Waffles Recipe
Wow! Waffles though a basic waffle recipe a has got an addictive taste. And that is the only reason why and this is probably the only thing my kids keep asking again and again. Make them for your kids too!

Ingredients
3 eggs, separated
2 1/4 cups (540 ml) Nonfat Plain Yogurt
2 tbs (30 ml) nonfat dry milk
1/2 tsp (3 ml) baking soda
1 tbs (15 ml) honey
1/3 cup (80 ml) quick-cooking oats
1/3 cup (80 ml) cornmeal
1/3 cup (80 ml) margarine or butter, melted
1 cup (240 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
1 tbs (15 ml) baking powder pinch salt, optional
1-2 tbs (15-30 ml) milk, optional
Directions
Combine the egg yolks, yogurt, dry milk, soda and honey in a large bowl.
Beat with a wire whisk.
Stir in the oats and cornmeal, then add the margarine and stir again.
Sift in the flour, baking powder, and optional salt.
Beat well, then cover the bowl and let the mixture sit for 15 minutes.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then fold them into the mixture.
If the batter is too thick, add 1 -2 tbs milk.
Preheat a waffle iron to the high setting, oil it, and cook the batter.
Beat with a wire whisk.
