Tofu Scramble Recipe Video
Ingredients
| Tofu | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
| Soyaki | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Red chilli pepper flakes | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric powder | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Tofurky sausage | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Baby spinach | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Diet mozzarella cheese | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1⁄2 Small, chopped finely |

Directions
1. In a pan add oil and sauté the onions until brown.
2. Add the crumbled tofu, soyaki, red chilli pepper, turmeric and tofurky sausages and sauté all the ingredients until combined well.
3. After few minutes add the baby spinach, stir and remove from heat.
SERVING
4. Serve the tofu scramble along with some crusty bread.
