Worcestershire Buttered Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 slices side bacon | ||
| 8 rib or loin lamb chops | ||
| All purpose flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Soft butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pinch of garlic powder | ||
Directions
Cook bacon in a large pan until browned; drain on paper towels and keep warm.
Dredge chops in a mixture of the flour, salt and pepper and saute in the bacon fat until golden brown.
Make a Worcestershire butter by combining remaining ingredients.
Serve 2 chops per person topped with butter and a slice of bacon.
Bake in 350 degree F oven for 1 hour.
Good with potatoes and broiled tomatoes.
