Traditional Wonton Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 6 Tablespoon (For Wonton Skin) | |
| Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Wonton Skin) | |
| Stock or water : 6 cups | ||
| Eggs | 2 Small (For Soup:) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon (For Soup:) | |
| Aji-no-moto : 1/2 tsp | ||
| Wine | 2 Tablespoon (For Soup:) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For Soup:) | |
| Cooked minced meat or chicken : 3/4 cup | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) (For Filling:) | |
| Onion | 1/2 , chopped (For Filling:) | |
| Frying Oil | 2 Tablespoon (For frying) | |
| Salt, pepper, tobasco : 1/2 tsp each | ||

Directions
1. To make wanton skins, in a bowl beat the egg and mix with flour and water.
2. Knead well for 2 minutes to make a stiff dough.
3. Cover with a damp cloth and set aside for 30 minutes.
4. Roll out the dough till paper thin and cut into 7 cm x 7 cm squares.
To make wantons :
1. Heat the oil and saute the mince, garlic ana onion.
2. Add the seasoning and cook till dry.
3. Put 1/2 tbsp filling in each square .
4. Make little samosas by sealing the edges with water and pinching together firmly.
5. Cook wantons in boiling water for 2 minutes and remove in a colander to drain.
