Ingredients

 Dry yeast1 Teaspoon
 Warm water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Skim milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Caraway seeds1 Teaspoon
 Rye flour2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Whole wheat flour4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Orange rind2 Teaspoon, freshly grated

Directions

1. Sprinkle yeast into warm water. Let sit 10 minutes.
2. Mix remaining ingredients with yeast. The dough will be sticky.
3. Shape into 1 large loaf or 3 small loaves. Place on nonstick baking sheet. Let rise until double. Bake at 375° for 50 minutes. Cool before slicing.
