Won Ton Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Water | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Green onion | 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken broth | 2 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| 2 soup cans water | ||
| 1/2 cup cooked chicken or pork cut in strips | ||
| Spinach | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Gradually stir 2 tablespoons egg and 1/2 teaspoon water into flour and salt.
Knead on lightly floured board until dough is smooth; roll dough to 10 x7 1/2-inch piece; cut into 12 squares (2 1/2inch).
Thoroughly mix finely chopped chicken, onion, soy, and remaining egg; place a heaping teaspoon of mixture on each square.
Bring corners together and seal edges.
In saucepan, combine soup and water; bring to boil.
Add won tons; cook over low heat 5 minutes.
Add chicken or pork and spinach.
