Ingredients

 1 egg, slightly beaten
 Water1/2 Teaspoon
 Flour1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Chicken1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Green onion1 Tablespoon, finley chopped
 Soy sauce1 Teaspoon
 Chicken broth2 Can (10oz), condensed
 2 soup cans water
 1/2 cup cooked chicken or pork cut in strips
 Spinach1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Gradually stir 2 tablespoons egg and 1/2 teaspoon water into flour and salt.
Knead on lightly floured board until dough is smooth; roll dough to 10 x7 1/2-inch piece; cut into 12 squares (2 1/2inch).
Thoroughly mix finely chopped chicken, onion, soy, and remaining egg; place a heaping teaspoon of mixture on each square.
Bring corners together and seal edges.
In saucepan, combine soup and water; bring to boil.
Add won tons; cook over low heat 5 minutes.
Add chicken or pork and spinach.
